Nasir Khan (Dy. MD)

Nasir Khan is our Dy. Managing Director in the company. He holds about 32 years if construction experience. He holds experience in Mass Earthwork, Roads, Building works. He looks after the overall operations, finance and strategic planning.

Sanjay Chhabra (COO)

Sanjay Chhabra holds the position as Chief Operations Officer in the company. He is an ex L&T ite and holds about 33 years of construction experience. He has worked at various capacities and has experience in multi-disciplinary sectors like Industrial (thermal, cement, steel), Buildings (industrial / housing), Infrastructure / Transportation (metros, flyover, bridges, roads), Steel Structures (industrial / buildings).

He holds Degree in Civil Engineering (NIT Surathkal, 1991), DCM (1993), Bachelor Bldg. & Quantity Surveying (2003), Chartered Engineer (IE, India) and affiliations to many professional institutions.

Sulaiman Ahmad

Our Project Director Mr. Sulaiman Ahmad is a UPPSC selected retired class I, PWD Officer having vast experience of civil electrical and mechanical works. Since 1982 as a Gazatted Officer of P.W.D. UP he was engaged in all he three disciplines of PWD viz, Rood making activity, maintenance of heavy road making machinery as road roller, hot mix plant, cc batching plant truncks, tractors paver finishers, vibrating rollers, cranes, JCBs and other allied machinery and electrical works of all Govt. Semi Govt. and automous deptt works. He has got more than 30 years experience of lift, air conditioning plants, fire fighting works, water distribution and water supply works, automatic fire alarm works and other allied works of all engineering works.

He has got experience of maintaining Governor House, Secretarial Building, Minster & Chief Minister residence state high court building & Airport building.
